ABOUT Optimize Workflow, IncOptimize Workflow, Inc. was incorporated in the state of California in 2021. The founders of Optimize Workflow were convinced they could develop a software product that would help organizations optimize processes, products, and projects to maximize their ROI. The Optimize Workflow technical team spent over seven years researching existing products and discussing with executives, managers and project office directors the problems they experienced which caused processes to rarely occur as efficiently as needed, product activities to be delivered late, cost more than they should, have latent defects, sales are not what was expected, and projects failing to consistently satisfy the triple constraint of cost, time, and quality. We also discussed why it was so expensive to maintain their existing products, services and processes? During this time, we developed an innovative and comprehensive suite of tools that successfully resolves both projects and project portfolios challenges. We are now enhancing that tool set to not only support projects, but also processes and products. Joel founded three software companies. Mr. Fleiss grew his first company to forty-eight software engineers. He was responsible for product design, marketing/sales, and managing/motivating staff to maximize ROI.
